Welcome to ViNi Tours & Holidays   By accessing or using our website https://www.vinitours.in, booking any Travel package, or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

  • The use of this website and services offered by  ViNi Tours & Holidays  are subject to the terms mentioned here.

  • By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made through our authorized platforms, agents, or offices.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or part payment as specified in the package details.

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify all details (travel dates, names, itinerary, etc.) at the time of booking.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other approved methods.

  • Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise stated.

  • In case of non-payment,  ViNi Tours & Holidays  reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to sales@vinitours.in 

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule (may vary by package):

    • 30 days or more before departure: 20% of the total tour cost

    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost

    • Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30- 45 working days after deducting applicable charges.

  • No refunds will be made for unused services, no-shows, or partially used packages.

5. Changes or Modifications

  • We reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel dates, hotels, transport, or guides due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural calamities, strikes, or operational issues.

  • Any additional cost arising from such changes will be borne by the traveler.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.

  • ViNi Tours & Holidays will not be liable for any loss due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • ViNi Tours & Holidays acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers.

  • We shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, injury, accident, damage, or irregularity caused by the acts or omissions of third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

  • All travelers are strongly advised to take comprehensive travel insurance before commencement of the trip.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, political unrest, or pandemics.

9. Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to undertake the trip.

  • Any medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of  ViNi Tours & Holidays  .
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai - Maharashtra - (India)
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
