Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ViNi Tours & Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen reasons. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and considerate to both our guests and our service partners.
1. Cancellation by Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, the request must be sent in writing via email to sales@vinitours.in from the same email ID used for the booking.
Verbal or WhatsApp cancellations will not be considered valid.
The following cancellation charges will apply:

15 – 29 days50% of total package cost
14 days or less / No Show / After Departure100% of total package cost
The number of days is calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request.
2. Cancellation by ViNi Tours & Holidays
In rare cases, ViNi Tours & Holidays may cancel a tour due to:

Insufficient bookings
-
Natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions
-
Operational or safety reasons
In such situations, guests will receive:

A credit note for the same value, redeemable for future travel within 12 months
No additional compensation shall be payable beyond the refund or credit note.
3. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 45 working days after receiving a valid cancellation request.

Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.

The following components are non-refundable once paid:

Visa fees, travel insurance, or government permits
-
Flight or train tickets issued on a non-refundable basis
-
Jungle safari bookings, cruise tickets, and other special activities
-
4. Partial Cancellation or Change in Travel Date

Any modification or rescheduling request will be treated as a new booking and is subject to availability and revised pricing.

For partial cancellations (e.g., one traveler from a group canceling), the remaining travelers’ cost may be recalculated as per applicable rates.
5. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to report at the pick-up point, airport, or hotel as per itinerary, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be applicable.
6. Unused Services
No refunds will be made for:

Early check-outs

Missed sightseeing or activities
-
Meals or transport not utilized due to personal choice or delay
7. Force Majeure
ViNi Tours & Holidays shall not be liable for any cancellation or service curtailment caused by events beyond our control, such as:

Natural disasters
-
War, civil unrest, strikes, or pandemics
-
Government travel bans or weather-related disruptions
In such cases, refund or rescheduling will be as per the policy of the respective hotels, airlines, or service providers.
8. Wildlife & Adventure Tours
For wildlife and nature tours, all safari permits, park fees, and related bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as per the rules of the respective forest departments.
